Suggest Remedy For Fibroids In The Uterus Wall

My wife (33 years old) had gone thru surgery for polysystic ovary one year back. Now she is cured of that using medicines for tuberculosis for one year. Recently she was gotten rid of ectopic pregnancy in the month of august by laproscopic surgery. Both fallopian tubes are well intact. Also she has two fibroid s on exterior wall of uterus. What should we do? We have no child yet. And we want to have a child as soon as possible.
