Suggest Remedy For Foot Pain With Sores
I have a pain where my foot and leg meet, its at the front of the ankle, and I am aware if it when walking, but not in pain, its when I try to point my foot, ie to get a shoe on, it is really sore. It feels like a bone has slipped out of place but hasn't went back. I haven't banged it, or strained it in any way
