ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, Thank you for writing HCM.

The discharge from the ear is the previous accumulated fluid/ water from the middle ear. I suggest you to consult an ENT who will assess the status the of the Tympanic membrane for any perforations and recommends the treatment. Meanwhile, I ask you to use a cotton ball in the ears while bathing, travelling and in winter season which will stop any fluids, dust particles from outside environment to enter into the middle ear And dont get severe cold.

All the best.
