Suggest Remedy For Foul Smells Around Buttocks Region

i have a foul smell from the top of the buttocks area. it appears there is a dent or whole i can feel a the top of the area and it feels like it drains at times but has a foul smell. if i wipe the area with kleenex it wet but clear or slight yellowish but has foul smell. I can not afford surgery or the time off caring for ill child. Anything i can do at home. I soak in epsom salt and blow dry area. Please help!
