Suggest Remedy For Frequent Cold, Runny Nose And Sneezing

I am 36 years old and have been staying in Mumbai for the last 4.5 years. Since the last 1.5 years I very frequently catch cold and have running nose and sneezing problem. This happens atleast every morning when I get up from bed and could also happen at any time of the day. Pl suggest a remedy for the same.

Hi Thank for asking to HCM.
As per your clinical history it appears as you are having allergic rhinitis.
If I were your treating doctor, I would treat with Steam Inhalation & combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast .
Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
