Suggest Remedy For Frequent Nasal Blockage

i had a car accident last march and my face hit the dashboard. there wasnt any serious complications just a minor cut in the lips and pain around the nose area for few days. but ever since that, i noticed that i easily gets nose blocked every time i cry, even if i wasnt crying heavily. i have to breat using my mouth. is it possible the accident cause nasal blockage? what should i do?

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to nasal congestion.

For that you can apply nasal saline drops locally.

Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.

Avoid hot and humid environment.

Use humidifier.

Keep your self hydrated. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
