Both Duphaston and proluton injections are progesterone hormone supplements. They are given to prevent miscarriage and early delivery. They can be discontinued now as you have crossed 24 weeks ,and are it is very unlikely for you that you will abort .You can discontinue both. Your weight seems to be more.Avoid putting on excess weight in pregnancy. A weight gain of 7-8 kgs is ok for your BMI in pregnancy. You can contact a dietician regarding proper intake of calories in pregnancy. Also take calcium supplements and vitamin D Hope this helps. Regards.
