Suggest Remedy For Gagging Feeling In Chest

Hi, I m 11 and just curious about something. Every once in awhile, but very rarely, I get this wierd feeling in my chest, like I need to cough really bad, but I don t. I try to force a yawn or something just to get it out, but it usually ends up making me gag. Could you tell me anything about that?
