Suggest Remedy For Gas Problems With Headache
Hello doctor. ..m a homeopathic doc. .n I wanna knw sumthing abt folinal plus n folinal tablets. .as I wanna plan my baby in a month or two..I hd started taking folinal plus in mrng n folinal at night as per my gynaecologist s prescription. ..bt as I started taking these two medicines I m suffering from severe gases accompanied wid headache...what shud I do...????????

Based on the facts of your query reply is-
You are suffering from Gastritis induced Iron in Folinal plus.
Gases are from high doses of Folic acid and from high dosage of Iron in Folinal plus tablets.
If taken with some food intake
and Vit C supplements- the side effects could be reduced.
Change of iron salt from Ferric to Ferrous would reduce the side effects of gastritis / constipation / diarrhea.
Treatment-Suggested-
Stop taking Folinal plus to
Folinal 5 mg / day +Ferrous Fumerate 350 mg x 2 times day
Zincovit Tab- 1 x 1 week.
Just don't worry till you verify with your attending doctors.
Need to Check with Physician/Gynec doctor if things don't recover.
-Other causes need to be verified with your family GP doctor, as the facts may be different what you submitted.
-For this Second opinion from PCP-or Gp doctor and if need be with Gynec specialist-is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.
-for early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your issues.
