Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... past 4 days i am experiencing gastric pains on the left side of my body beside the belly button. i have lot of burps coming out. in the morning empty stomach its fine but when i eat food, the pain builds up. & alsoo when i take breaths then its pains, but i dont have chronic pains,
please advise!
Some advices that I can give to you are: -Sit down during each meal and eat slowly. -Try not to take in too much air while you eat and talk. -Stop chewing gum. -Avoid soda and other carbonated beverages. -Avoid smoking. -Avoid caffeine and alcohol -Acetaminophen (Aspirin Free Anacin, Liquiprin, Panadol, Tylenol) might be helpful. But dont use non-steroidal anti-inflammatories.
