Dear Doc,I am Sara, I am 24 yrs old, I am a biological female, but have always felt like a male inside, I have been suffering from this since my childhood, now my depression has increased very much, Here in Pakistan my parents wont allow me to transit without a reason, but if they see that male pattern traits are coming in me naturally which cannot be reversed, they will help me with he transition and i can live a happy life, inside of killing myself.I can send u all my medical reports, so that you can recommend me testosterone injections.Hoping for a positive and early response.Regards,Sara zAHID YYYY@YYYY

It is not advisable to take testosterone injections for young females as there are many side effects of the same. Since you feel like male inside you so you must consult your Gynecologist to rule out for any congenital abnormality and also Psychiatrist and psychologist for proper evaluation of your mental condition like underlying depression. I think these can help you better for treatment.
