I recently decided that I didn t like the hair that grows in abundance on the base of my penis so I painfully plucked each one. Shorty after there was a hard painful bump under the skin. I have had this before when I was much younger but was eventually able to see an ingrown hair and pull it and problem solved. Unfortunately this time I see no hair. After researching online I m thinking it s a inflamed gland. I ve been messing with it then tried leaving it alone and now back to messing with it. I m curious,acknowledging that I should see a doctor (which isn t an option right now) is there a cream or something I can get to help speed this process up. I ve been using triple antibiotic ointment so far
