Suggest Remedy For Hard Stools

I m having lactihep syrup from past 5 days but it is not working recently I ve got my hameoroids surgery doctors prescribed me a lactihep syrup 20ml at bed time, in spite of having that syrup I m not getting my stool was soft and it was stuck up inside the anus area but I ll not able to pressurize because recently I had surgery it was very unbearable pain.. So I kindly request you wat should I do to get the stool soft. Please suggest me

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Your problem is because of surgery ....

Because of hemorroidectomy operation , in initial few days constipation is there ....

So continue using syrup that you have prescribed for constipation....
Along with it to make stool soft drink lots of fluid ....
Drink more water.....
Fruit juices more ....
Fiber food also started like whole grain, wheat bran , apple , carrot etc....

Avoid straining at stool ....

If still with time not improving then consult doctor for examination and starting another bulk forming laxatives..
