Hello thanks for asking from HCM
You have symptoms of sweating on head while sleeping. These symptoms are also associated with massive headaches. Other symptoms associated with these symptoms are reduced energy levels, drowsiness all the times, weight gain, poor motivation etc. These symptoms can occur due to a number of conditions like anxiety, depression, medical conditions like thyroid hormone abnormalities. This could occur due to
hypothyroidism but headaches and sweating are not common in such situation.
Some brain lesion can cause such symptoms but weight gain along with headaches in night is not seen. Instead
weight loss is seen. If these conditions are ruled out then depression could be a possibility. I would advise you to visit a
psychiatrist for proper evaluation of such symptoms and treatment. Drowsiness, lack of motivation, reduced energy levels etc could occur due to depression.
Medicines like
Fluoxetine,
Sertraline etc can help to reduce the symptoms and help to increase the motivation. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription of these medicines.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
