Suggest Remedy For Head With Muscle Weakness
I ve had a bad headache for a week straight now. I have been taking Imitrex 100mg most of the week. Today I am experiencing muscle weakness in my extremeties. I am 48 yrs old, 5 1 tall, weigh 127 pounds. I am usually a very active person, but this is slowing me down.

Hope you are taking Imitrex with your doctor's advice. If not then,I suggest not to take any medication for headache or migraine for so many days on your own without consulting a doctor. Imitrex has some side effects and muscle weakness is one of those.
It can be associated with other causes although you are taking it nearly for a week it is likely associated with Imitrex. If this is increasing day by day then stop taking Imitrex if you are still taking it for headache and consult your doctor regarding it . Only after your doctor approves it then consume it as per the dosage and time frame he suggests.
