Suggest Remedy For Headache Caused By A Fall

My daughter was running around inside our church today and was pushed by her sister. She went face first into the brick wall, hitting her forehead. I was outside the doorway and up 4 steps and hear the hit. I initially looked her over and saw no real damage but still iced it. We got home around 4 and she ended up taking a nap till 7pm. She woke up feeling bad and complaining of a headache. She kept asking me to rub her forehead when she hit the wall. She was up for about an hour and pasted back out again. Could she have internal damage? Should she get seen by a doctor or the ER?

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history and it seems that your daughter had a injury and following it she is having headache.
We need to rule out concussion injury of the brain if it is not present then no need to worry and simple pain killers will resolve the problem.
If she is having signs of concussion injury of brain like loss of consciousness, momentary loss of memory, bleeding from ears or nose, nausea, vomiting, severe headache, seizures... If any of the signs are present do consult your doctor at ER for examination to rule out concussion head injury .

Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
