Seven year old boy has had headaches since he fell on a concrete floor (8 months now), he has a ct scan and was clear. headaches getting worse, has a "warm" feeling inside his head alot, wakens up at night in alot of pain. Pupils enlarge for a few seconds at a time. Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through your history provided to us. It seems seven year old boy is having headache associated with soreness of eyes. Since CT scan is normal this rules out neurological causes.
The other things that need to be considered are eye problems like refractive error and ENT causes like sinusitis.

Hence I advice you to consult your eye and ENT doctors for examination and treatment depending on the underlying cause.

Thank you for writing to us.
