Suggest Remedy For Headache

Hi Sir,i am getting frequently Headache due to the below problems,1)If i had not used Hair-oil after head bath(i will get headache after 3-5 hours if i am working). 2) constantly watching PC monitor (as i am a software engineer i used to work). 3)Not taking a cup of coffee - 1 cup a day. 4)if i played any outside games like cricket, in Hot SUN. PS:- i had eyesight also- 2.75 for both eyes

For this type of headache you can take precautions dear like:
- Continue your head massage, it s not harmful
- Take bath with cold water
- Take a proper sleep
- Avoid stress factors
- Avoid noise and bright light
- Take breaks in between your computer work
- Use glasses or dark shade specs in the bright sun light
- Do yoga and meditation
- You can take coffee and tea but in the day time

You should to lie down to straight bed and hang down your head for 5-10 minutes, it will help to regulate a proper circulation. Try a cold pack. Ease pressure on your scalp or head. Try not to chew- chewing gum can hurt not just your jaw, but your head as well. Take some ginger- if it is migraine headache, ginger can also help to reduce it. Take medicines in moderation, choose liquid over pills, your body absorbs it faster. Take painkiller as soon as you feel pain. You'll likely beat it with smaller dose. Take tablet paracetamol and tablet ibuprofen after prescription.
