ive had really bad headaches for the past few days and when i lay down everything is just spinning i checked my temperature and its always 96.something i have high blood pressure but havent had any meds for almost 6 months now i had a earache and im not sure if its completely gone yet and maybe thats what s causing me to b sick... please help me determine if its serious
