Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Swelling And Pressure In Temple

My daughter had a horrible headache all day yesterday and when she woke up this morning her temple is swollen on the right side all the way to behind her ear and she said there is alot of pressure with it. She is 25, yesterday was her birthday, weighs about 120 and is in excellent health. What should we do?
