Hi,
I completely understand your concern and your pain which has effected your well being. From your symptoms it appears to me that it may be a case of
sinusitis. If I had a patient with these symptoms I would have examined features like:
1) Vision power as defective vision leads to headache.
2) Checked his blood pressure, sometimes
high blood pressure is a cause.
3) Tenderness over cheek bones when applied pressure, this will indicate sinusitis.
4) Light flashes,
radiating pain to ear, back of head, one sided headache.
These are seen in
migraine, mostly due to some triggering factors like sunlight, sounds etc.
I suggest you to do steam inhalation thrice a day, you can add effervescents in it. Avoid cold food items. Doing breathing exercises from yoga have helped lot of my patients. In your case we can have a
x ray (schullers view) done to rule out other causes. You can get prescribed
analgesic drugs like
paracetamol . Kindly see that you maintain a chart of drugs for follow up reference. You shall be fine sir/madam. Its one of the common conditions seen these days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
