I picked at a pimple that was under my skin I squeezed it so hard my nails cut my face and it popped sort of. That was Friday.. Sunday I picked at the scabbed that started to form it created a wound and an indent in my face now it is a black hard scab.. Earlier it was green and pus... I have never had this happen it is the size of a dime on my cheek .. It looks like a hole in my face under the formed skin.. Help please how to heal this in a few days .. I get married this Friday.

Hi.
U should never sqeeze a pimple. It may form a scar.
As per your problem now use a good antibiotic cream on spot three time daily. It will heal fully in few days if it is not deep enough
Thanks.
