Suggest Remedy For Heart Palpitations And Restlessness
I have a lot of stress at work I also tend to be a worry wart about many things in general. I noticed the last several months I get heart palpitations a little shaky and my mind kinda goes blank Almost like I m going to pass out but don t these symptoms are infrequent but bothersome. I am very restless most of the time. Never feel like I am relaxed. Very uptight? ?
Likely possibility of anxiety and anxiety induced palpitations and other symptoms. However, we should rule out the of cardiac arrhythmia like atrial fibrillation in which heart rate suddenly goes up and also suddenly decreases.
Usually, ECG is normal as it is usually done in between the episodes. ECG done during episodes will show an abnormality, so try to get Ecg during symptoms.
You will need 24-hour Holter monitoring or may use mobile-based rhythm and rate monitor if Ecg is not informative. So visit a nearby cardiologist for these investigations.
