Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I am 32 and three months ago I did a flying trapeze session just for fun. It required the use of my upper body in order to maneuver the moves which included, swinging and hoisting my legs above my head in order to do spins. At the end of the session i felt a heaviness in my chest but i noticed that its pronounced when i have to get up from a lying position. Could that be a sign of an underlying problem?
Dear this is simply a muscular pain because of over work and stretching . It will resolve by its own in 2 to 3 days by taking rest alone ..If you have severe pain you can take simple painkillers on sos basis . I don't think anything else is needed . Hope this will help.
