Suggest Remedy For Heaviness In Head

I am experiencing a heavy head for a few weeks now, when walking i am inclined to sway slightly, sometimes feeling light headed, all on the left side of my head. Also at times i feel i have left my head behind, that im a step ahead of it if that makes any sense.
