Hello Doc! I have a fibroid in my uterus from last two months i am having heavy bleeding making me anemic and my hb slipped tp 6 for which I took blood transfusion too. The size of the fibroid 62.7mmX49.9mm on the wall of uterus. This month I had severe pain during my menstrual cycle and took tranexamic 500 thrice a day followed by daflon 500 twice a day and mefenamic acid 500 for pain management. But then too my bleeding was heavy with lots of clots and too much pain. It stopped after 6 days but after 24 days again today clots and spotting has come with acute pain in entire abdominal and pelvic area. The 5th day again Iget a pelvic scan done which showed only a submucousal fibroid of 3.7cmX3.7cm near the lining. Kindly advise me is surgery necessary now or it can still wait? Is UFE possible in my case. What are the charges of the same.
