Suggest Remedy For Heavy Breathing, Sinus Problem, Blocked Ear With Belching

I am having a very bad sinus problem...my breathing is very heavy and my right ear inner deep is as if it is blocked.. this would sometime bring on a 'gassing explosion' ie. belching period... I was thinking of coming in to see an ENT specialist in the Flemington area... in the mean time what do you recommend...

hi,
you will probably require an antibiotic for the sinus problem.
you can use otrivin nose drops to open up your ears.
put 3drops 3 times daily for 5 days and follow it up with steam inhalation.
