Suggest Remedy For Heavy Periods With Multiple Clots

Hi. I have a deep concern about my period. I am a 46yr old healthy woman. When I get my period the last few months I am bleeding thru a super plus tampon and a heavy pad in less then an hour. I have many blood clots ranging from quarter size to golf ball size. Light in color to almost a black color.
