hi i am an epilepsy patient and i discovered few days back about my high blood sugar level that varies from 300-500..i don t know what happened all of the sudden.i tried to control it with a change in routine but nothing helped. what should i do now?
Having blood sugar levels in that range is pretty high. You need to get a thorough diabetic health check up done. Visit a diabetologist with the following reports:
FBS, PPBS, HbA1C
If these blood levels come deranged the doctor will put you on medications, along with a proper diabetic diet and exercise schedule.. Also, tell your doctor what all medicines you take for epilepsy, since some of them may play with blood glucose levels.

HI
Thanks for posting your query .
First of all your blood sugars has to be brought to control . Don't panic .
You need to be started on Glucose lowering medication. I usually start with Metformin tablets . Ask your doctor to prescribe you this medicine . Take the medicine regularly .
Repeat your sugars after 1 weeks and if it is still not in normal range ask your doctor to escalate the dose of Metformin .
Along with medications you need to do Diabetic diet and Aerobic exercise .
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.
