Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a panic disorder. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a psychiatrist or psychologist to help improve your situation.

I would also recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction.

In the meantime, I would recommend avoiding caffeine intake and practicing Yoga and meditation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
