Hello,

The cause for high SGPT and SGOT has to be searched for. Fatty liver, hepatitis etcetera might be the cause. Ultrasound abdomen the scan has to be done and investigate with HA antibody, HBV antigen, HCV antibody etcetera.

For fatty liver, regular exercise beneficial like running, swimming, cycling etcetera. Avoid high fatty foods. Saturated fat has to be avoided. Take more fruits. Consult a physician or gastroenterologist for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
