So what should I do my back hurt realty bad even to sit up as well my right side of my hip. How long will I be in pain and what did I do
As this matter looks to be related to the bony injury or soft tissue injury in the lower back due to fall and having an injury is common in that region due to the impact. Post an x-ray is no fracture found then low-intensity exercise for the core, spinal muscles, hip muscle and lower limb is advised. Doing hot water fermentation will help relief of the pain for now.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
