Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain, Headache And Nausea After Child Birth

After having my first baby I now suffer with neck back hips groin leg feet pain headaches an nausea I had an xray on my neck an back I have a pinched nerve in my neck always getting stiff neck an horrible pain all over xray also showed mild scoliosis Plz help I live in the country an not great doctors here Also have hand an finger tingling numbness an pain

Let me try to help you out.

It is really disturbing to have all such symptoms after child birth.

I will suggest you -
indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.
Avoid substance abuse, if any.

Start on Iron, calcium, omega 3 and protein supplements regularly for 4 months. Use of Cap Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once every week will be of help. Start doing simple neck muscle exercises.
