Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain
I m 46 male and I noticed a recurring pain in my hip area. I noticed that after blowing nose nose I would have this pain (both sides). I have the sharp suddent pains more frequently now if I move abruptly like extra long strides or a quick dash. No previous arthritis symptoms.

You can apply ice pack over the area where the pain is more. Over the counter anti-inflammatory medications will also help.
