Hello,

In boys, generally, the puberty begins around ages 11–12 and end around 16–17. At 25 years old, generally, the puberty is finished.

So, your puberty is finished, you should not do. Considering your description, I suspect that you may have a condition called hypogonadism.

Hypogonadism means that you don’t have enough sex hormones in your body and thus your sexual development(body hair, muscle mass ) is not at the proper level for your age.

If I were your doctor, to clarify your situation, I will ask to do some hormone tests like FSH, LH, total testosterone, free Testosterone, SHBG, and thyroid hormone tests.

The treatment depends on the cause. Testosterone replacement therapy is generally the treatment for hypothyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Elona Xhardo, Endocrinologist
