Suggest Remedy For Hot Flashes Along With Excessive Sweating

I have been taking estrpipate a hormone supplement for 20 years. I have stopped and have warm flashes happening and the sweating on my face is causing an abnormal amount of whiteheads. Although tiny they are unsightly . I do not normally sweat and am wondering if this is being caused by these warm flashes that feel meow clammy than hot.
