Suggest Remedy For Indigestion Problem In Child
My 2 year old had indidestion problem 2 days ago. She was vomitiing, and I avoided dairy products. When i pat her tummy, i can hear lots of fluid sound and today all of a sudden she is passing a lot of gas. she is not crying or anything like that, but I am concerned if she is ready to take her reguLar food or not

because of vomiting ur child had developed gas which causing lots of fluid sound to u . it was resolved automatically and u have not to worry about it
