Hi: Not sure if I was stung by a hornet or wasp a fewhours ago but I couldn t find the stinger. Applied ice immediately. If you were to look at my arm, the inner soft part of my upper arm near the armpit. There is no sign that I was stung except a small red dot. It did puff up around the sting mark for a bit but now I am just experiencing pins and needles feeling in different parts of my arm and shoulder area. Should I be concerned about this or will it go away? Ive been stung before - many many years ago and never had a reaction. That was when I was in 20 s and I am now 56.
