Suggest Remedy For Inter Menstrual Bleeding

I have been taking dianne a contraceptive pill to help regulate my period, for the last couple of months I have been skipping the sugar pills as I have had events on, however i am still taking the normal pills, during the last month i have had spot bleeding, so i went off the pill and my period started for about a week, it stopped a couple of days ago and now today the spot bleeding has started again. what do i do? do i come off the pill and let my body go back into a routine, do i keep taking the normal pills?

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid for symptomatic relief.

Generally, it will settle by itself if persists, better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
