Hello,

You are having intermittent discharge after stopping birth control pills. Birth control pills change the hormonal balance of the body so women generally experience irregular periods, heavy periods, scanty periods or spotting. You are presently having bleeding sometimes twice a week. You are suggested to stop stressing yourself. Avoid anxiety and tension and stay relaxed for a couple of days. Take home made balanced food rich in minerals, protein, calcium, iron, folic acid, etc. Stay away from addictions if any.

You should get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get per vaginal examination done. Get USG (uterus with fallopian tubes) done to detect cyst, polyp, fibroid, endometriosis, etc. If any of the mentioned pathology is detected you will be treated and managed accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
