As per your query you have intolerance to sound , which is also known as misophonia . Well it’s not a problem with your ears. It’s part mental, part physical. It could be related to how sound affects your brain and triggers automatic responses in your body. I would suggest you to misophonia clinic around your place and get sound therapy combined with psychological counseling. The doctor sets up background noises to counteract your trigger sound. You should do regular exercise, take plenty of sleep, and manage your stress. Doctor may also prescribe anti depressants . There ar some hearing devices that can use to manage the problem .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
