Suggest Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movements

Sir, I am 54 suffering from irregular bowl problem. I feel as my digestion of food process has slowed. I generally feel constipation too. My indirect billirubin has also increased up to 170 , but doctors say its from birth and does not cause much effect. Kindly suggest me the right treatment.

Irregular bowel problem and indigestion may be irritable bowel syndrome if there is no fever, weight loss, anemia , blood in stool, lump in the belly, and other alarm symptoms. You may be having IBS-C, especially if your symptoms are related with the onset of change in the form and consistency of the stool.
I recommend use of fiber based. diet and fruits. If it doesnot help, try alverine tablets or SSRIs.
