Suggest Remedy For Itching Due To Cellulitis

Hi: I have the feiry itch of celulitus on several ppart of my ancient skin and can find nothing to relieve the itch. I was in the hospital and received a course of the antibiotic treatment for it and then a nursing home where they decided it was something else and treatment for that . the swelling went down but the itch is worse now and I am tearing up my skin scratching.

Hi. Itch can occur after the swelling due to cellulitis subsides. Your cellulitis has probably been treated with the antibiotics. All you need to do now is apply emollients over the area that is itchy. This should settle the itch.
