Suggest Remedy For Itching On Palms And Around Nose

Hello sir I m facing some kind of itching where it is not so severe bt enough to keep irritating.the itching is particularly concentrated to palms feet and areas around my face especially nose.i consultated a dermatoligist who diagnosed it as atopic dermatitis.i have been taking medicines for last 2 months.he said dat once d weather improves it will automatically subside.bt it has not been d case.please suggest some solution. Your age,sex occupation is not clear.With the given symptoms it appears you may have some allergic or contact dermatitis.Please use milder soaps or cleanser for washing your hands,face etc.If dryness is prevalent use moisturizers.You can also use protective gloves, use shoes.try to avoid dust and allergenic substances.don't rub your face with your hands frequently which may aggravate facial itching.
