I am being treated for thus far contact dermatitis. Steroids, Benadryl, 2.5% hyrdorcortisone. ...instead...bumps breaking out, singular, then itch, then spread...treated 3 days...rash increases and erupts various small hives...spreads greater area...neck toward face, one arm...blisters...when put Bag Balm on, helped...seems more like bacteria??? I don t have money to pay for this question.
I can understand your concern for the itchy bumps and spreading lesions all over the body and not getting relief with Steroids, Benadryl, 2.5% & cortisone.
In your case it seem to be related to tinea infection or simply saying fungal infection of the various areas. I suggest you to visit internet and see some of the pictures of fungal infections as ready reference.
It might be due to heat, humidity and poor hygiene. Avoid sweating and do not try to itch or scratch the area.
In my patients I suggest them to apply an anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole for two times daily and take antihistamine such as cetrizine daily for two times.
All teh best.
