Suggest Remedy For Itchy Cysts In Breasts

I am 58 year old and have cysts in my breasts that itch a lot . every night I rub with zincofax to release some of the itchiness and put a heating pad. it feels like my ducts are blocked with liquid. I don«,t smoke or dring and one cup of coffee in the morning followed by 2 litres of water. I drink almond milk with my meals and avoid coke and other soft drinks. I go to mamographs and ultrasounds regularly and everything is normal. What can I do to release the lumps in my the back of my nipples.

Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems that you are suffering from fungal infection in the nipple area of your breast which Zincofax will not be able to cure.

I would recommend you to take systemic antifungal medication. Fluconazole 150 mg (Fole) once a day for 7-10 days will help you. In addition, you can apply Betamethasone Valerate + Clioquinol cream (Betnovate-C) 2-3 times a day for 10 days. This shoul suffice to cure the infection along with personal hygiene measures. Avoid tight clothing and switch to cotton. Also, restrict your use of scented soaps, perfumes, bubble bath and hot tubs.
