Suggest Remedy For Itchy Stretch Marks

When I got pregnant with my son 4 years ago the weight gain caused me to have stretch marks. I got them along my butt crack and it was very itchy. It stopped for a while and then when I got pregnant with my daughter it came back. It itches so bad all the time. I have tried using diaper cream, nyastin... everything and it won't stop itching.
