Suggest Remedy For Itchy Swelling On Face And Armpit

I got stung about 3 hours ago and I had a bad reaction. Itching, red and swollen face. That all has receded but now my one armpit is swollen and hurts like a mofo. I just want to know if it will go away or I should get it checked. O I was stung in the leg

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Insect bites are usually pretty easy to treat unless secondary infection sets in.
I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper management.
Oral corticosteroids should be given in tapering dose to control the reaction.
Apply a cream containing halobetasol and fusidic acid twice a day over affected areas for atleast 5 days.
Take antihistaminics like Benadryl twice or thrice a day for itching as required.
Cold sponging will additionally help in alleviating reaction.
