General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using an anti fungal cream for local application.
I also suggest using Fluconazole 150 mg daily for three days.
I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton socks.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
