You are having itchy urethra and discharge from penis. Your symptoms are indicative of Urethritis, it can be bacterial or viral. It can be caused by STIs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, etc.). It may also be caused by chemical irritants, minor injury, or conditions like kidney stones. Sex should be avoided until the infection goes away. It is also important to limit your number of sex partners.
You are suggested to get urinalysis (R/E and C/ S) done. Commonly a course of doxycycline helps to give relieve. Single dose of azithromycin is also given. Take care of your hygiene. Get STD test done to stay on the safer side. If detected positive you will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
